Why pH Levels are so IMPORTANT!
Body pH. Very simply a more acidic pH, causes a lack of oxygen at the cellular level which allows for longer recovery times after injury, increased chance of disease development, and overall poor health. At Universal Health & Rehabilitation we suggest the 80/20 rule. This rule indicates that 80% of your diet should be basic foods, and only 20% should be acidic foods.
